Three paths,
one intention

Mindful Horse Walk

This isn’t a trail ride. It’s a dialogue. You don’t mount, you spend time on the ground. Breathing with the horse, reading their body language, letting them read yours.

Then, together, you move through the hills and coastal trails of Cabarete at the pace the horse sets.

Guided personally by Sabine

  • Grounding exercises before riding
  • Trails through hills, farmland, and coastline
  • Suitable for all experience levels

“The best rides happen when you stop trying to steer and start paying attention.”

Mindful Horse Sessions for Kids

No saddle. No agenda. Just you, a horse, and the open air.

Mindful Horse Sessions for Kids at Intuitive Listening is about presence, the kind that’s hard to find in daily life. Horses are prey animals. They sense emotion with an accuracy that can feel uncanny. When you stand next to Bob or Sophia, they are reading your heartbeat, your breath, your posture.

In that exchange, something shifts. Some children arrive carrying big feelings they don’t yet have words for. Around the horses, they can slow down, breathe, and simply be themselves. Little by little, they often leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected.

  • One-on-one sessions with Sabine
  • Emotional awareness through equine connection
  • Gentle, non-clinical approach
  • No riding experience necessary

“Horses respond to your presence. That’s where the healing begins.”

Tropical Beach Excoursion – Mindful Horse Ride

This is a beach ride with presence at its center. We begin slowly, meeting the horse on the ground before heading toward the water. Sand, wind, salt air, and the rhythm of the horse make the whole experience feel spacious and alive.

Along the tropical coastline near Cabarete, you are invited to listen more than perform: to feel the horse underneath you, notice the landscape around you, and let the ride unfold with respect for the animal, the beach, and your own pace.

Guided personally by Sabine

“When horse, ocean, and breath find the same rhythm, the ride becomes something you carry home.”
